- Circumvent rate limiting or security controls
3. User-submitted content
When you submit a question, insight, or correction, you grant TryQuerra a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content as part of the Service.
You represent that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights and is not false, misleading, or defamatory. Submissions that pass moderation may be displayed publicly with or without attribution as you specify.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting intentionally false or misleading information
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward any person
- Promoting or facilitating illegal activities
- Impersonating any person, organisation, or TryQuerra staff
- Attempting to manipulate trust scores or voting systems
- Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Spamming, phishing, or mass unsolicited requests
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
5. Content accuracy disclaimer
TryQuerra uses automated systems and human review to assess answer quality. Despite this, content on TryQuerra may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Trust scores reflect algorithmic confidence — they are not guarantees of accuracy.
Do not rely solely on TryQuerra for decisions related to health, legal matters, or financial planning. Always verify critical information with qualified professionals and primary sources.
6. Intellectual property
The TryQuerra name, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by TryQuerra Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
Individual answer content remains subject to the licences of the original sources. Source attribution is displayed on each answer page.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of liability
